Is there a way to get a list of the currently selected files in javascript? .value gives only the first selected file. I've done a bit of spelunking on the web and haven't found any method that works.

Yeap, Safari renders it differently (better imho).
I don't think a workaround is possible in plain JavaScript and HTML to make them look identical. You can make them look the same with flash, java or other technologies though.

nice article...

I am have an issues with the way safari 4 (and Chrome) render this html object ("input") on their browsers. It shows just fine on IE, Opera, Mozilla (quite differently).

Can you give me some helpful tips to resolve this?
